We take part in companies and develop projects of our own. The common thread: real activities, hands-on involvement and a long horizon.

Property development

Acquiring land positions and delivering homes on Bonaire — from financing, permits and utility connections through to completion and sale.

Construction is carried out with established local partners in building and prefab.

Digital platforms

Developing and publishing software for the marine, rental and tourism sector, including the member platform of Plaza Boat Club on Bonaire.

From booking and payment flows to member administration and reporting.

Holdings and financing

Interests in operating companies, complemented by financing, treasury and administrative support across the group.

Where needed we provide the acquisition and construction financing ourselves.

How we work

Long horizon

We build companies that can stand on their own. A quick exit is not the starting point; a structure that still holds up in ten years is.

Hands-on

We are involved in day-to-day execution, not only on the capital side. That means thinking along on technology, construction, administration and compliance.

Two jurisdictions, one standard
